📢 The Wingham Ironmen are excited to announce the signing of 2009-born goaltender Henry Clarke!

Henry joins the Ironmen after spending last season with the Kitchener Jr. Rangers U18AAA, where he posted an impressive 2.99 goals-against average.

Known for his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and commitment to his position, Henry brings stability and confidence between the pipes. His ability to stay composed under pressure makes him a tremendous addition to our roster and helps solidify the crease heading into the upcoming season.

Please join us in welcoming Henry and his family to the Ironmen organization! 🟦🟨

📢 The Wingham are excited to announce the signing of 2009-born defenseman Hudson Gole!

Hudson joins the Ironmen following a strong season with the U18A Southwest Admirals, helping to guide them to a WOAA Championship and a berth in the OMHA Championship tournament.

An aggressive player with scoring ability, his dedication to his position and his eagerness to develop into a top defenseman in our league makes Hudson a key addition to our lineup.

We’re proud to add another Huron County player to the Ironmen family and look forward to watching Hudson continue his development in Wingham.

Reid joins the Ironmen after a strong season with the U18A West Coast Whitecaps, where he recorded 25 points and elevated his game with an impressive playoff performance. He also gained valuable experience as an AP with the Ironmen throughout the season.

A hardworking and dedicated power forward, Reid brings a great combination of skill, strength, and compete level to our forward group. His commitment to improving and his team-first attitude make him an exciting addition to the roster.

📣The Wingham Ironmen would like to announce several changes to the Hockey Operations Department for the upcoming season.

Chris Stewart, Josh Stewart and Branden Bean have decided not to return to the team in their previous coaching roles. The Ironmen would like to thank all three for their time, commitment and contributions this past season.

Chad Haggitt will be transitioning from of the role of General Manager to Head Coach. He will also be the assistant GM for the upcoming season.

Replacing Chad as General Manager will be Ryan Sanders. Ryan is the former president of Wingham Minor hockey, and currently the president of the West Coast Whitecaps. Ryan is also the owner of WSC Transport. Ryan’s combination of hockey experience and business knowledge will be a tremendous asset to the organization in his new role.

Ryan will be joined in the Hockey Operations department by Evan Zinn. Evan has previously assisted the organization in hockey operations, and is currently a member of the Southeast Surge Executive.

Joining Chad on the bench will be two newcomers and one familiar face:
Adam Bignell will join the coaching staff as an assistant coach. Adam brings an extensive playing background, including 5 seasons with the Belleville Bulls of the OHL, followed by 4 seasons at the University of Waterloo. He also spent one season as an assistant coach with the Listowel Cyclones.

Jarod Logan is returning to the Ironmen after a 1 year absence. JLo will bring knowledge, leadership and a familiar voice to the bench.

Caleb Logan has agreed to join the team to work with the forwards, as well as assisting as a video coach. Caleb’s attention to detail and knowledge of the game will be valuable assets to the team.
